I appreciated the personalized attention the staff gave me. They helped with everything from noise issues to arranging transportation. The staff was always polite and helpful, even when there were challenges.

The hallway was a bit stuffy, but I was told they are renovating, so that's good to know. However, the staff were amazing! So polite and friendly, even when things weren't perfect (like the elevator being out for a couple of nights). They were always willing to help with anything I needed!

Our family of eight had a wonderful time! We were able to book connecting rooms, and the staff helped make our holiday perfect. They were so accommodating during a brief elevator outage. We had a great time!

Ten nights in the Terrace Suite were amazing! The staff went above and beyond, fulfilling every request, from arranging taxis to providing cooking units and even bringing breakfast to our room. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. It wasn't perfect - the furniture was a bit old, and the TV was small, but the service made up for it!
